Our Family Summer Bucket List

Summer is just around the corner and the kids have less than a week left of school before the madness begins. I think no matter how much I prepare, I’ll never be quite ready….
Each summer, we spend countless hours at the pool for the kids swimming lessons, hiking to nearby lakes and waterfalls, and are taking at least one trip back to California for beach days. Since this winter has been so long, I’m even more excited to go on hikes, spend more time at the park by the lake, and fully take in the longer days.
Here are some things that are on our family Summer Bucket List this summer. What are yours?
Family Summer Bucket List:
- Sleep on the trampoline
- Go camping
- Hike to a nearby waterfall
- Go to the zoo
- Have a water fight
- Explore a new museum
- Go to Disneyland
- Explore a new national park
- Attend an outdoor concert
- Go to the beach
- Watch a movie on a screen projector in the park
- Have a picnic in the park
- Make ice cream
- Watch the sun set on a mountain
- Run through the sprinklers
- Go to a drive in movie
- Have a slumber party with cousins
- Collect sea shells
For the next few months, I’m pretty excited to take this beach throw I scored from Cents of Style everywhere I go. From hikes to beach days to picnics in the park, it’s print and texture make it perfect for whatever we are doing. Plus, the huge size and shape makes it even better for snuggling with the little ones since they all want to be on it. (bonus!)
Cents of Style just released a full line of adorable prints today and you can check them out here:
